In a recent interview with E! Online (via CBM), Gal Gadot, known for her role as Wonder Woman in the DC Cinematic Universe, discussed her workout routine. Since being cast as Diana Prince, she has faced criticism for not being muscular enough and other physical attributes. Alongside her co-stars in Man of Steel, she has been training with Hollywood trainer Mark Twight. Gadot shared that she enjoys staying active by participating in various challenging activities and sports, with TRX being her favorite form of exercise. She mentioned that she includes cardio in her routine but prefers weight training.

Well, that comment is sure to please a few fans. “I usually make an effort to eat healthily. But occasionally, I succumb to the temptations of cheeseburgers,” Gadot revealed. “It’s important to treat yourself every now and then. I strive to maintain a balance by drinking lots of water.”
